DOVO

Fritz Bracht (Heiden), needed more razors (1936) so he began to offshore sub-contract them after aquiring DOVO (Voos Cutlery) in 1940.

He was Gauleiter of Gau-Sauerland (1928) with NSDAP in total charge over Auschwitz Prison Camp.

The hair collected in the camps was to be pressed into felt for boot-liners for troops and railway personnel in cold weather, and spun into yarn for use in warm socks for crewmen of U-boats that were operating in cold oceans.

Bracht outsourced razor sales by Tiffany & Moore Co. in N.Y.C. (1862) with his own brand (Bradrei).
