At first glance I though the knife said "Klein Tools" but just stamped wrong.
Actually KLENK TOOLS is a division of parent company EVERHARD PRODUCTS.
Founded 1934 in Canton, Ohio. Currently in full operation with a 152,700 Sq.ft. factory.

Karl Klenk started making specialized tools for certain tradesmen. Aviation shears at first then expanding the inventory line to include many others. They have overseas made knives and tools from Taiwan mixed in with the products that are in-house produced in the United States.
Their motto is "Durability For Daily Use" and the products sure are too.
